Our sarees are handloom, that means they are woven with the hands of weavers, not produced in bulk in a machine. Which is why each saree is rare and exclusive. Who is Archee Pal?

Archee Pal is so many things all together. She is a marketer by profession, a saree content creator or saree influencer by passion, a saree educator by bloodline. But at Dharohar, she is just your saree sakhi.

Growing up, she lived with her granny where she saw her drape sarees every day and sometimes four times a day. That's where she learned daping sarees. Archee believes that to drape a saree perfectly, you only need to know two things, how to pleat and where to tuck, and that's all you need to create unique saree styles, which we can already see on her Instagram page. While she observed her granny drape sarees, she would always ask her different questions about which weave is this? How long have you had this saree? When can I have this saree? Well, this explains how she has so much knowledge about weaves and drapes because ever since she was two years old, she has been gaining this knowledge. Let's not forget to talk about her saree collection, which comes from her bloodline. Every saree that she has in her wardrobe is an heirloom piece passed down from generation to generation.
